§ Official Rules

Terms of Entry

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

  1. 01

    Eligibility

    Open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of ØBSCURA and their immediate family members are not eligible.

  2. 02

    Entry Period

    The promotion begins on July 5, 2026. Entries are collected on a rolling basis until 20 qualifying orders have been received, at which point the entry period closes automatically.

  3. 03

    How to Enter

    Qualifying entries are limited to the first 20 orders placed at obscuraclothing.com with a pre-tax, post-discount subtotal of $100 USD or more, starting July 5, 2026. One entry per order. Cancelled or refunded orders are void.

  4. 04

    Alternate Method of Entry

    To enter without purchase, post a public photo or Reel on Instagram or TikTok styling a dark / monochrome look inspired by ØBSCURA. Tag @omgghxst and include the hashtag #OBSCURAGIVEAWAY. Email the post link or a screenshot to support@obscuraclothing.com with the subject line "NPN Entry — [Your Handle]". Posts must remain public through the winner-claim period. One post = one entry. AMOE entries must be received during the entry period.

    Prize

    One (1) winner will receive $1000 USD, paid via electronic transfer (PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle at the winner's election). Prize is non-transferable. No cash equivalent or substitution except at ØBSCURA's sole discretion.

  6. 06

    Winner Selection

    Once 20 qualifying entries are received, one winner will be selected at random from the pool of eligible entrants within seven (7) days. The winner will be notified by the email address associated with their order or AMOE entry.

  7. 07

    Claiming the Prize

    The winner has fourteen (14) days from the date of notification to respond and claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within that period, an alternate winner will be selected at random from remaining eligible entries.

  8. 08

    Taxes

    The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. A Form 1099 may be issued as required by law.

  9. 09

    Publicity

    By accepting the prize, the winner grants ØBSCURA permission to use their first name and city/state for promotional purposes on the website and social channels, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

    General Conditions

    ØBSCURA reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other platform.
